Conveniently located in the Paihia township, the Beach Townhouse offers fully
self contained accomodation for up to 8 people. The beach and central Paihia are only a few minutes
walk away.
The first floor comprises a large comfortable lounge area, dining room,
a spacious and well appointed kitchen, and the first bathroom with bath, shower and vanity room.
The lounge opens out to an extensive balcony with wide sweeping views of the Bay of Islands and
the township of Paihia. The kitchen overlooks a tropical, terraced back garden with native New
Zealand punga (ferns) as a key feature.
The second floor contains the master bedroom (queen size) with a private
balcony overlooking the Bay, a large second bedroom with a balcony overlooking the back garden,
and the second bathroom.
The third floor is available as an option. It consists of two seperate bedrooms - each room
containing two single beds with large window views into the Bay or the rear garden.
The Beach Townhouse forms an ideal base for your Bay of Islands holiday. Expansive,
comfortable and relaxing, it will accomodate from 4 to 8 people easily. With one side of the house overseeing
the Bay and the other side a private native garden, you can enjoy the best of both worlds.
