The spacious outside tiled deck area, has a big 5 burner BBQ and outside seating for 6 people around a big glass table with awning to cover for sun and rain, meals can be served from the kitchen thru the window area.

It overlooks Sullivansbeach, which is an ideal place to sit and read a book and listen to the gentle lapping water or take a relaxing swim in the calm blue sea. This beach is safe swimming for young and old, there's a dinghy and a kayak available for free.

A short beach stroll (which is a public walking track) towards town will bring you to our busy township, with shops, weekly markets wharf, restaurants and bars.
